I produced 2 cover tracks for an Anthony J W Benson client project titled Play and Shine, providing backing sequence tracks and final mixing for vocalist extrordinaire Bruce Henry. Three Little Birds and

Do Your Thing. . .   ‘ twas fun. Recorded at Static Free Productions in Minneapolis and mixed at my home studio. I also licensed the track Dizzy Who? for inclusion on the project.

August 2008

There was a lot of writing and producing going on in August - the record light was always red it seemed.  . . . another track placement again in the ABC Family show GREEK had me smiling - thanks again to CRUCIAL music publishing for that. I like the underscore in that show and wrote a few similar cues i call GREEK 1 and GREEK 2, featuring marimba.  Also went to the islands with a few Caribbean tracks called White Sand and Palm Trees. Watching the olympics gave me Balance. The new Indiana Jones gave me  Sleepwalk to Cairo.

September 2008

Back to teaching at the University. Sorry to see summer go but the new routine of school etc is nice. I licensed a bunch of work to Prolific Arts music library in September - this is a brand new library that will launch in 2009 with what i will guess is going to be a really state of the art interactive web site. Chasing the Sun is a positive rock anthem track. GREEK 1 is an acoustic underscore featuring marimba. Also a bunch of musical “elements” - these are 3 - 12 second bits for scene transitions.
